Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Custom or bridal pieces may need additional preparation time.

Most products are delivered within 3-8 business days depending on product availability, delivery location, and courier serviceability.

Shipping charges are shown in cart before placing the order. Orders above the free-shipping threshold may qualify for free delivery.

Order updates are sent to the email entered during checkout. Please use a correct email so OTP login, invoice, and delivery updates reach you.
